Floral Arrangements & Forever Flowers

We want you to love your flowers from Bohemian Branches. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your floral purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition.

To begin the return process, please contact us at hello@bohemianbranches.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return your item, and refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Celebratory Goods & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our celebratory goods, such as apparel, tote bags, and other personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products. Each piece is made specifically for you, and we take pride in crafting items to meet your unique specifications.

However, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you experience any issues with the quality of your celebratory goods, please notify us within 21 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue by offering a full refund or replacement of the item.

Easy Returns Process

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within the 14-day window. We’ll provide you with hassle-free instructions on where to return your items. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We encourage you to fully insure and track your return shipment, as Bohemian Branches cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

Floral Arrangements and Forever Flowers:
All floral items ship from Germany. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location, but orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days via DHL Standard International.

Express Shipping:
Need it sooner? Contact us for express shipping options to expedite your order.

Home Goods, Celebratory Goods, & Apparel:
These items ship within the United States and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Tracking and Insurance:
We include tracking and insurance with every order for a seamless, secure shopping experience.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. For floral arrangements and forever flowers, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For celebratory goods, home goods, and apparel, you have 21 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damage.

Simply provide photos of the damaged item, and once we receive the photos, we’ll promptly offer you either a replacement or a refund, ensuring your satisfaction with every Bohemian Branches purchase.

Lost Orders

In the rare event that your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to us. We’ll swiftly investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to either locate your package or provide you with a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund immediately. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items, such as final sale items, custom floral arrangements, and gift cards are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.
